Easy Way to View My Posts

Some fans of the Retired Coach's Blog have asked to be notified whenever a new post is available. Since I am limited to just 10 email addresses for this feature we have searched and discovered a way for everybody to receive my post directly without having to visit my blog to check and see if there is anything new. The solution is a RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed.  Should you be unfamiliar with RSS take 3 minutes to upgrade by viewing this   Video on How to Use RSS
